This June 12th marks the 126th anniversary of the Philippines’ Independence since the country’s establishment of the First Philippine Republic under General Emilio Aguinaldo in 1898.
This day commemorates the efforts of our fellow Filipinos across history to fight for our nation’s independence.
Let us remember our history, and let us honor the independence our ancestors fought for.
